Cancellations & Refunds

Once the Party has been confirmed, parties cannot be cancelled and deposits are non refundable.

If an event cancellation occurs, it may be possible with 21 days notice and availability, to be rearranged. Only then will a new party date will arranged with yourself.

In the event that you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, or if the event is not rescheduled, deposits will not be refunded.

In the event of a cancellation, Fairygodmothers will notify the party booker of the need to refunded. Only where the unlikely event we cancel, we aim to complete refunds within 14 working days of this notification.

Only the person who booked the party will be refunded. Refunds will be returned via the same purchasing account, unless impossible.

The promoter/event organiser reserves the right to make any amendments to the event detail without the obligation of making a refund .
